The Prognosis for 2020: The office spaces are expected to expand by 7-7.5 million square feet, which will increase job opportunities, and hence will also drive more demand for residential spaces in the future.
Policies that will benefit the Sector’s Growth: Many realty sector experts have stated that Government Policies will benefit growth. Appeals are being made such as a 20% increase in credit limit to developers and extending the benefit of the 2.5% repo rate to help the sectors regain their momentum.
Stability in Sales: Aparna Group has noticed the sales stabilize by 60% during the month of may when compared to the pre-pandemic period. The sales may go up in the coming times too.
