Aparna Zenon: A new project by Aparna Constructions in Puppalaguda, backed with an investment of ₹2,550 Cr.

Aparna Constructions has recently launched a brand new gated community named Aparna Zenon in Puppulaguda and has planned on investing a whooping ₹2,550 Cr on it. The project will span 37 acres and have 3,664 apartments spread over 33 storeys and 14 blocks. It will have 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartments ranging in size from 1,020 to 2,257 square feet. The project is tentatively expected to be completed in 2027.

Mr. S.S. Reddy, Aparna’s Managing Director, stated, “In the coming year, with the new launches both in the residential and commercial segments, we are confident we will be able to scale our growth to 30%. We are also looking to strengthen our workforce by hiring 1,500 people across locations.”

The gated community will feature a sports complex, a commercial block, and an 86,423-square-feet clubhouse. A centralised gas bank will distribute cooking gas to all individual flats, which will be equipped with pre-paid gas metres. Solar power will also be supplied to the common area grid to help with energy efficiency.
