Construction Week India Magazine Ranks Aparna Constructions 11 In The Top 100 Real Estate Companies in India

This year, Aparna Constructions has launched a number of Real Estate projects. Starting off with the plotted development project Aparna Urvi at Dabirpur, Hyderabad, the entity now has 67 projects in its portfolio, 64 of which are residential buildings and 3 of which are commercial buildings spread over the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. These projects include 25 million square feet of built-up space with another 27 million square feet now being created and include fully integrated gated communities of apartments, villas, plot layouts, and commercial buildings.
Aparna Dharti, a plotted development project, was first introduced at Dundigal in Hyderabad. This initiative marked the beginning of the company’s fiscal year.
Aparna also unveiled Aparna Zenon, a gated community project in Puppalguda, Nanakramguda, Telangana, as its 60th residential project. This project will receive an investment of Rs 2550 crore. Additionally, this Real Estate project will have a central gas bank that will provide cooking gas to each apartment equipped with a pre-paid gas meter. Additionally, solar energy will be sent to the local grid to reduce energy usage.
