Many alterations have been made in the GST Act of 2017 since its introduction. And this financial year has brought in many revisions and restructuring in the application of GST on different segments of Real Estate, causing a lot of confusion among consumers.
With the reduction in GST for some and elimination of GST on others, these structural reforms have been appreciated by the Realty Sector.
