Since the beginning of March 2020, the definition of ‘normal’ has changed drastically. The Real Estate Market has also felt the impact in the initial months. With the whole country going under lockdown and construction activities coming to a standstill, it was a setback for sure.
Things have however improved since Unlock 1.0. Construction has started in full swing again with new safety guidelines and protocols. Real Estate Companies have come up with various offers and plans to make the buyers feel secure their investment; and homebuyers have become interested in buying their dream home, even though most are proceeding with caution. All in all, things have started to move like before as we’ve come to terms with the ‘new normal’.
