The first quarter of 2020 witnessed how the Realty Industry emerged from the economic slowdown; and even before we could bask in its glory, the world was struck by a global crisis. The novel Covid-19 caught the world off guard, throwing a lot of industries that bolster the economy into a fix. After a year long struggle of getting used to the ‘new normal’, we’re finally coming back on track.
With the announcement of Budget 2021, the sector was granted the much needed relief.
