Luxury Housing Sector stands still, despite the challenges.

In 2018-2019, the Residential Sector had a major slowdown, and Realty Sector experts predicted the luxury housing in the city to take a big hit. But despite the challenges, the sector has prevailed and continues to stand firm. In a recent conversation with The Hans India, our Director Mr. Rakesh Reddy shares his views on the same.
His observations suggest that Hyderabad’s Residential Market was the only market performing well when compared to the other major cities in the country. This is a result of the growth in the city and the increasing demand for housing due to the increasing population.
He further states this was beneficial for the residential builders as it opened up opportunities for them to launch new projects in the luxury segment. And as Hyderabad’s luxury housing sector is quite small, the recent progress has made a huge impact.
