RERA: For better service and transparency

The government is planning to implement RERA act from August 2018. Since the act came into existence, it has generated lots of discussions and debates in the real estate industry. Though most people are optimistic about increased transparency and regulation, many buyers are still clueless or sceptical.
Our Director Mr. Rakesh Reddy recently had a chat with The Hans India and Namaste Telangana on this subject and shared his views about RERA’s possible impact. He believes that this will help promote investment and be the reason for the industry’s growth in years to come.
