Hyderabad’s real estate market, in 2018, witnessed an increased demand for residential properties across budget segments.
Major credit for this development goes to the Telangana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, (TRERA) that has instilled confidence in the buyers to invest in real estate without the fear of being misled.
