Over the past quarter and throughout the year, demand and sale of housing have seen new highs in Hyderabad. While the rest of the major cities are barely seeing any change, this city has been developing by leaps and bounds. Especially since becoming the capital of Telangana, the market in this region has seen a major turnaround.
Office space transactions for the first half of 2018 was 2.69 million sqft. whereas last year it was around 2.33 million sq.ft. And that’s not all. When it comes to residential transactions, West Hyderabad is maintaining a steady upward trajectory with 71% of new launches, that is giving huge spikes to the city’s report.
The present looks promising and the future looks even brighter for the city of nawabs.
