Liked the relative closeness to everything and the planned amenities etc of the project. Yes being under the flyover may be a issue for, hopefully with time traffic management will not become a problem.

As of now, access is okay, hopefully should get better with more roads being laid out in future. But quality is good. With FD in 30mins and NH65 in 15mins, it is a very good community to live in.

This project is located in the center of town, everything is nearby and very good appreciation is expected in near future. The other positive point is that both the side vertex project( villa plus apartment)is coming and the area will look really nice.
