As of now, I feel this area is still developing and will develop by this project completion. A shopping complex is also being built ahead of Marigold, which may cater for basic needs. As I interacted with families in Tulip, the fresh vegetables are sold in central area and Tulip has got its own shopping inside for daily needs. So I think that solves the problem for daily purchase. The rental value for a 3 BHK is around 12 - 15K depending on the wood work etc. The D Mart and Metro are at a distance of 5-6 Kms and one visit a month will suffice for monthly needs. As it is nobody will be visiting these big shops daily. As I heard, their is one more project of yellow bells coming up next to Marigold of Aparna. So in next 5 yrs, around 3000 families will be living here and hope this area will catch up the heat when IT Park comes up in Kompally. Marigold and Tulip are far away as compared to facilities offered by Aparna. So comparison of both in terms of cost is not ideal way to look at it. Go through the specifications on the website and you will understand better. So may be we can wait for 5 yrs and keep our fingers crossed for a good society. These are my personal views, since I invested in this project and may be settle in future here, if all goes well. I have given 3 stars for the present situation and understanding of the area development. Hope it goes to 4 star soon.
