Aparna Constructions announces their first launch of the fiscal – Aparna Dharti, a Plotted Development Project.

Being one of the pioneers in the real estate industry, Aparna Constructions, and Estates Private Limited has recently unveiled its first development project for the 2022 fiscal – Aparna Dharti at Hyderabad.
Aparna Dharti is located amidst the tranquil lush greenery of Dundigal and is also well connected with the hotspots of Hyderabad like Gateway IT Park, Miyapur, Gachibowli, Bowrampet, and many other places of prominence. This open plot project has 760 plots vastly spread across 83.23 acres of land.
“Overall, the real estate segment is growing at a CAGR of 18%. This is aided by the increase in millennial home buyers and lower interest rates on home loans. Adding to this is the shift in consumer behavior. They are looking for spacious abodes like plotted properties and this has guided our journey to launch Aparna Dharti.”, stated Mr. S.S. The project includes amenities like a bore water supply connection, harvesting chambers for rainwater percolation, electricity powered by armored cables, 60 by 40 feet roads within the project, solar-powered boundary wall fencing, and avenue plantation solar fencing drainage connections; amongst other attributes.
