When looking for houses to rent, furnished houses can prove to be more expensive than unfurnished houses. Usually leases offered for furnished homes are shorter than unfurnished ones because people who seek a furnished home are generally on the lookout for temporary residing. Rent for a furnished home can approximately be 40% more than the unfurnished ones, this leads to a higher security deposit for fully furnished homes.
