In the past few years, India has seen some major changes in economic policies. This has affected the real estate markets of many tier one cities. However, Hyderabad has been an exception to this. It has been the only major city that was flourishing while others were struggling to maintain their stakes in the market.
As compared to the other major cities, Hyderabad’s housing market also witnessed considerable demands across all budget segments. Being very close to the IT hubs of the city and the suburbs, Hyderabad will be the center of attention in 2019.
This steady growth can be attributed to many Government Policies including RERA. It has successfully instilled confidence in the buyer, taking the sales in residential properties higher by 30%.
