Real Estate on the threshold of renewed growth!

With people’s growing focus on quality of life, accessibility and health of their families as well as themselves, a growing demand is being seen for gated communities. Gated communities provide solutions to a number of urban challenges especially during times of limited mobility. People are increasingly opting for spacious and well equipped projects with 24 hour uninterrupted power and smart home capabilities.
To aid the recovery of the sector, the Government kept interest rates at historic lows which in turn led to the reduction of home loan rates. This led to a sharp increase in sales and launches in the first quarter of 2021. Developers have also taken a step forward in aiding property buying in times of restricted commute. A digital transformation in the sector in the form of digitalization of property and sales processes has already begun and is only expected to accelerate.
